On June 16, Ambassador Dani Dayan, Consul General of Israel in New York, addressed a global Israel Bonds audience of over 230 via Zoom and Facebook Live on the topic: Israel and America: Strengthening Our Relationship in a Changing World, sharing his perspectives on Israel’s diplomatic relations, its handling of the COVID-19 pandemic, and how the nation is preparing for a swift economic recovery. As he soon concludes his term and will return to Israel, Ambassador Dayan recalled his first public appearance as consul general-elect which happened to be speaking to an Israel Bonds delegation at the Hilton Hotel in Tel Aviv. Since appointment to his role in March of 2016, Ambassador Dayan, who represents the State of Israel to communities throughout New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio and Delaware, stated he was certainly happy to assist Israel Bonds, identifying the organization's important role in enhancing Israel's economy.
