Israel Bonds New Leadership members gathered together for a rooftop Shabbat dinner at the Top of the One Club in NYC.

August 26, 2022: Young Investor Society and YJP Miami Host Shabbat Dinner
Israel Bonds Young Investor Society joined Young Jewish Professionals (YJP) Miami to host a Shabbat Dinner at The Rok Family Shul Chabad in Brickell, in which over 200 guests gathered with friends and met new ones to connect and be inspired by fellow advocates of the Jewish state. Young leaders of the Miami area and other local cities united to discuss the importance of bonding together, standing as one in the face of antisemitism and other anti-Israel expression. One of the most crucial ways to demonstrate such unity is by way of investments in Israel bonds, which help to strengthen Israel’s economy and perpetuate its future. This impactful statement was made by President & CEO of Israel Bonds, Dani Naveh, who joined the young Jewish South Florida community and spoke on the groundbreaking achievements in peace he witnessed just a few months earlier on the Israel Bonds Footsteps of the Abraham Accords delegation to Israel. 
July 14, 2022: New Leadership Bootcamp Convenes in Chicago
Chicago was the site for New Leadership’s latest bootcamp, bringing together young Jewish professionals from across the U.S., together with representation from Canada. Over the course of the July 14-17 gathering, attendees engaged in discussions, roundtables and networking, while also enjoying the distinctive attractions of the Windy City. Speakers included diplomats from Israel’s Midwest Consulate and the UAE Embassy in Washington, DC, Israeli tech entrepreneurs and other special guests.

July 13, 2022: Israel Bonds Washington New Leadership & B'nai B'rith Connect DC United Match
Young professionals and young families came together for a fun night at Audi Field to watch the DC United Major League Soccer (MLS) Club host the Columbus Crew.   

June 12, 2022: Israel Bonds Washington New Leadership's 10th Annual Day at the Ballpark
Israel Bonds New Leadership Washington celebrated the ‘10th Annual Day at the Ballpark’ on June 12, as nearly 70 young professionals came together at Nationals Park to watch the Nationals take on the Milwaukee Brewers. Attendees viewed the game from two box suites and enjoyed delectable kosher game-day refreshments. Many attendees who purchased Israel Bonds for the event donated the bonds to non-profits, universities, and their synagogues as a part of the Double Mitzvah program. A good time was had by all.

May 17, 2022: Taco Tuesday & Tequila Tasting
Israel Bonds New Leadership Western Region hosted an evening of tacos, tequila tasting and networking with young professionals co-hosted by David Czinn and Alex Masket.
March 27, 2022: Hornets v. Nets
Israel Bonds New Leadership New York watched the Charlotte Hornets take on the Brooklyn Nets at Barclays Center in Brooklyn. Suite tickets included kosher food and drinks.

January 11, 2022: Israel Bonds Washington New Leadership Attends Wizards Jewish Heritage Night
The Washington Wizards hosted the Oklahoma City Thunder. The hometown Wizards won the game, but it wasn’t just any other game – it was Jewish Heritage Night and a celebration for the first Israeli NBA Lottery pick Deni Avdija. Israel Bonds Washington New Leadership brought young professionals and young families together to enjoy the game and watch Israeli dancing at half time, see Hebrew letters spelling out player names scroll across the arena, and waive Israeli flags.The children of two investors grabbed Avdija’s attention during the pregame warm-ups and were able to get an autographed jersey and program.
December 2, 2021: Israel Bonds Hanukkah Virtual Game Night
Volunteers and Israel Bonds young investors from across the United States came together for a fun and interactive virtual game night during Hanukkah. The program was emceed by Matt Rissien, who hosted two rounds of trivia related to Israel Bonds and Israeli history and fun facts. Jerusalem Mayor Moshe Lion shared Hanukkah greetings to attendees via a recorded video.

November 22, 2021: Israel Bonds New Leadership Partners with the Consulate General of Israel to the Midwest
Israel Bonds National New Leadership & Chicago New Leadership, in partnership with the Consulate General of Israel to the Midwest, hosted a discussion with Bassem Eid, Pro-Israel Palestinian Human Rights Activist, Political Analyst, & Journalist. The program included opening remarks by Yinam Cohe, Consul General of Israel to the Midwest. Attendees were encouraged to purchase an Israel bond and to donate it to a charity or school as a double mitzvah.

November 11, 2021: Israel Bonds Hosts a Private Luncheon with Israel Minister Ayelet Shaked
Israel’s Minister of the Interior Ayelet Shaked spoke at an-person Israel Bonds event at The Harmonie Club in New York City. A member of Israel’s security cabinet, Minister Shaked discussed a range of topics, including passage of a new two-year budget, Iran, the Abraham Accords and the nation’s booming tech sector.

October 12, 2021: Melissa & Doug Co-founder Speak about Entrepreneurship to Israel Bonds
Israel Bonds National Women’s Division held an intimate discussion with guest speaker Melissa Bernstein, co-founder of Melissa & Doug Toys. Members of the Israel Bonds National New Leadership Council partnered with the Women’s Division to help organize the program.

September 2, 2021: Israel Ambassador to the U.S. and United Nations Speaks to Israel Bonds
Just prior to Rosh Hashanah, Ambassador to the United States and United Nations Gilad Erdan extended New Year’s greetings to an international Israel Bonds audience via Zoom. Ambassador Erdan – the first Israeli to serve in the dual diplomatic capacity since Abba Eban – shared his thoughts on a number of timely issues, including U.S.-Israel relations, the Abraham Accords, Iran and increased antisemitism. Ambassador Erdan also praised the Israel Bonds enterprise, expressing appreciation for “your incredible work, especially during covid. You are making a real difference, and I mean it.”


July 26, 2021: Minister of Diaspora Affairs Dr. Nachman Shai Addressed a Global Israel Bonds
audience via Zoom on July 26, emphasizing Israel “must renew the dialogue with all denominations of Judaism. There is enough room under the tent for all of us.” Sharing priorities for Israel’s new government, he stated, “We have to heal the wounds of Israeli society. We live together under the same sun, the same sky.” Minister Shai recalled his visit, together with an IDF rescue team, to the site of the Surfside, Florida tragedy, noting, “In times of disaster, trouble and sorrow, we stand together.” He also praised “what Israel Bonds has done for generations,” observing, “You can’t mention Israel without mentioning Israel Bonds.”


July 21, 2021: Former-Jerusalem Mayor and Knesset Member Nir Barkat is Hosted by Israel Bonds New Leadership New York

Members of Bonds’ New York New Leadership Division met with former Jerusalem mayor and member of the Knesset Nir Barkat at Israel Bonds headquarters in New York. Barkat spoke on current issues facing the Jewish state and answered questions posed by the committee about demonstrating support for Israel and enhancing involvement in the Bonds organization.


June 30, 2021: Israel Bonds New York New Leadership Hosts a Rooftop Program in Manhattan
Israel Bonds New York New Leadership commenced returning to in-person events with a rooftop soirée in Manhattan, at Tempura, a kosher restaurant in midtown. After a 15-month hiatus, over 200 young, New York-area professionals showed up in support of Israel Bonds and celebrated ‘Bond Voyage to Zoom’ with investments in Israel bonds.


June 24, 2021: The Kosher Baker Paula Shoyer Joins Israel Bonds Washington New Leadership for a Babka Bake Cooking Class

Cookbook author and social media influencer Paula Shoyer, known as The Kosher Baker, hosted a babka bake cooking class with Israel Bonds Washington New Leadership over zoom. Attendees learned how to make a full babka, as-well-as babka bites. She additionally answered questions related to her new Kosher Instant Pot Cookbook, which at the time was the #1 Kosher cookbook on Amazon.


June 11, 2021: Young Investor Society and YJP Miami Host Shabbat Dinner, First In-Person New Leadership Event in Over a Year
After more than a year of gatherings limited to virtual-only attendance, on June 11, Israel Bonds Young Investor Society joined Young Jewish Professionals (YJP) Miami to host a Shabbat Dinner at The Rok Family Shul Chabad in Brickell, in which over 200 guests enthusiastically reunited with friends and connected with new ones. Young leaders of the Miami area and other cities convened to celebrate the return of in-person events with fellow supporters of Israel, highlighting the importance of unity, and perpetuating the Jewish State’s achievements through investments in Israel bonds. The sold out event will be the first of many in the coming months, where the Young Investor Society will be holding events encompassing programming catered to the young Jewish community.

June 6, 2021: Israel Bonds Took On Yuri Foreman
Israel’s only professional boxing champion – former WBA super welterweight champion Yuri Foreman– shared his inspiring life story, and a few boxing tips, during a June 6 Israel Bonds Zoom program. Now a Chabad rabbi, Foreman, who was born in Belarus, said his mother took him to a boxing class after being bullied in school, “and it was love at first sight.” While watching Mike Tyson at an early age, “I decided I wanted to be a world champion.” In explaining his turn to devout Judaism, Foreman said, “I started appreciating the beauty of what Judaism provides – a depth and wealth of spirituality.”

May 23, 2021: A Special Challah Bake in Memory of Jody Braham (Z"L)
On May 23, Israel Bonds National New Leadership gathered virtually in a very special challah bake to honor the memory of Jodi Braham z”l, along with her family and friends. A cherished member of Israel Bonds New Leadership, all in attendance recognized Jodi’s impact and involvement in the Bonds organization and the National New Leadership Division, as well as her commitment to Israel. February 21, 2021: Israel Bonds 70th Anniversary 
Former Miss Israel Yityish Titi Ayanaw emceed a celebration of Israel Bonds 70th year, which included interviews highlighting the promise of Israel. Several New Leadership lay leaders from across the U.S. and Canada presented.

January 28, 2021: Amar’e Stoudemire Hosted by Israel Bonds Western Region
NBA All-Star Amare’ Stoudemire shared his story about making aliyah and converting to Judaism in a multi-generational Zoom Q&A hosted by Israel Bonds Western Region’s Executive Director.

January 13, 2021: Israel Trivia and New Leadership Volunteer Appreciation Night
Lay leaders from across North America came together for a fun night of Israel trivia and “bonding,” as Israel Bonds’ CEO and SVP of Sales thanked the lay leaders for their efforts helping the organization reach $1.8B total in bonds purchased in 2020.

December 15, 2020: The Hanukkah Quarantini Game Night
The Florida Young Investors Society and National New Leadership hosted a night of Hanukkah candle lighting, comedy, and interactive games. Winners of the games won prizes.

November 19, 2020: Michael Solomonov Joins Israel Bonds New Leadership for a Pre-Shabbat
In partnership with the Friends of the IDF (FIDF), New Leadership hosted a special “double mitzvah” program with Israeli chef Michael Solomonov. Israel bonds were purchased and donated to FIDF in honor of Solomonov’s brother, David, who lost his life while serving in the IDF.

October 9, 2020: Israeli Artist Exhibit with Israel Bonds New Leadership
