National Director 

Development Corporation for Israel/Israel Bonds is seeking a National Director of New Leadership, reporting to the Vice Prsident/Sales, for its midtown New York City office who will have responsibility for the coordination and management of all New Leadership activities countrywide. Duties will include developing and maintaining New Leadership representatives throughout the US, communicating with its national and local councils and representatives on a regular basis, and creating and managing conferences and events while adhering to budgetary considerations. Prepare board and council presentations.
 
Knowledge of Israel’s history, current geo-political environment as well as knowledge of Jewish communities is desired. You must have the ability and desire to work independently and as a team player. Some travel required to attend and manage events and conferences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree preferred
  • Background in campaign development activities, special events, and identification and cultivation of high-end opportunities
  • Strong background in program development and implementation
  • Ability to work and partner with top lay leadership
  • 5 years business experience
  • Strong oral, written, listening, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with clients
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Administrative Assistant

Development Corporation for Israel/Israel Bonds is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for its Los Angeles office to provide support to management and its team of registered representatives. Duties will include the handling of all administrative tasks including, but not limited to, contacting clients needing support in completing online purchase requests, answering telephone calls, word processing and such other duties as required by management.
 
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a sales environment, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) with an aptitude to learn proprietary software. Organized with strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to work flexible hours.


Call Center Representative
 
Development Corporation for Israel/Israel Bonds is currently seeking in its New York City office a Call Center Representative who will be engaged in the sale of bonds issued by the State of Israel. The experienced sales professional will conduct telephone solicitations to generate investments from new and existing purchasers. Selected candidate will also assist with supporting online sales with calls to clients concerning their online accounts. The candidate must be able to work flexible hours. Knowledge of the American Jewish community and Israel’s history is a plus.

FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses are required (will train). Must be proficient in MS Office and possess strong verbal, written, analytical and communication skills. Bachelor’s degree required.


Financial Sales/Development Professional

Development Corporation for Israel/Israel Bonds is currently seeking an experienced Financial Sales or Development Professional for its Atlanta office who will have responsibility for soliciting and closing individual, institutional and organizational investments in Israel Bonds in Atlanta and other southeast regions that the office services. Duties will include proactively managing Israel Bonds’ current client-base, cultivating new investors, and planning and executing existing and new events. The ideal candidate will have a strong record of success, ideally selling financial products or in development and fundraising. Successful candidate will organize sales campaigns involving New Leadership, synagogues and several regional communities. Knowledge of the local Jewish community and Israel’s history and current geo-political environment are required. You must have the ability and desire to work independently and as a team player. Some travel required. 

Qualifications include: Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of three (3) years of sales or development/fundraising experience. FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses are required for the position. Israel Bonds will provide training and support to obtain the licenses where necessary. Strong verbal and written communication skills and a track record of closing sales or solicitations is a must. 


Financial Sales/Development Professional 

Development Corporation for Israel/Israel Bonds is currently seeking an experienced Financial Sales or Development Professional for its Tampa Bay, Florida office who will have responsibility for soliciting and closing individual, institutional and organizational investments in Israel Bonds in North West and Central Florida. Duties will include proactively managing Israel Bonds’ current client base, cultivating new investors, and planning and executing existing and new events. The ideal candidate will have a strong record of success, ideally selling financial products or in development and fundraising. Successful candidate will organize sales campaigns involving New Leadership, synagogues and adjacent communities. Knowledge of the local Jewish community and Israel’s history and current geo-political environment are required. You must have the ability and desire to work independently and as a team player. Some travel required.
