Redemptions
Redeeming a matured Israel bond requires completing a W-9 form, which must be in the same name as the bond registration. Mail the completed form (which can be completed on-line and printed out for submission) and physical bond to:

If sending your bond by regular mail, it is recommended that you do so via registered mail with a return receipt. Once material is received and processed, a check will be mailed to the address of record. If your address has changed, complete the change of address form which must be signed by ALL holders of the bond.
