Manage Your Holdings: Transfers

State of Israel Bonds may be transferred in limited circumstances. Please review the prospectus for your bond issue or call customer service (1-888-519-4111) to determine if your bond is eligible for transfer.

To transfer a bond the following documents are required:

• Assignment Separate from Bond (Individual) (Corporate)
  
• W-9 Form
  
• Physical Bond Certificate or Book Entry Statement
  
• Letter of Instruction

We recommend sending the forms via certified mail or via courier (i.e. Fed Ex, UPS, DHL) to insure prompt delivery.
