This link will bring you to the Bank of New York Mellon’s site for managing your State of Israel Bonds. This site is called Israel Bonds Direct (IBD) and you will need a portfolio statement on hand to register and utilize the information on your account. Once registered almost all issues with the Bank can be addressed directly on IBD. You may view your holdings, download forms for changes (i.e. change of address, change of Tax ID Number, adding a custodian) or for legal issues (Affidavit of Domicile, Small Estate Affidavit, etc), or contact customer service directly (via an online service request, downloading forms which must be submitted by mail, or by phone).
