Customer Service

Senior Quality Control Representative

The Senior Quality Control Representative will serve as DCI’s primary liaison with its fiscal agents, sales representatives, and district offices and insure that bond processing complies with established procedures.  The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service focus and the ability to respond to all service requests and inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.  Duties will include the preparation of specialized reports from internal financial data, review and approval of customer documentation, identifying, researching and resolving customer service problems, including lost bonds and certificates, non-receipts of bonds or interest, broker issues, registration changes and legal bond transactions.  Must have an aptitude to learn, manage and mentor staff, and recommend process improvements.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and the ability to learn customer service software applications and the fiscal agent’s bond holder system.  FINRA Series 62, 63 and 24 licenses required. Strong verbal, written, analytical, listening, persuasion and interpersonal skills are a must.

Sales 

Field Representatives - Philadelphia, San Francisco

The Field Representative will be responsible for soliciting sales of Israel Bonds with new and established customers, as well as reinvestments of existing bond purchases in and around the regional areas.  Will offer professional advice to the customers on the suitability of the security for the customer’s investment needs. The successful candidate will also be responsible for event organizing and coordinating with lay leaders to maintain and create sales in the local community. 

Requirements:
Knowledge of the American-Jewish community and Israel's history and current sociopolitical situation is needed. Must have background in sales, community organization, public relations or campaign development. Series 62 and 63 licenses are required -  will train. Bachelor's degree is required. Candidate must have strong verbal, written, analytical, listening, persuasive and interpersonal skills.



Administrative

District Secretary- Philadelphia 

We are currently seeking an experienced office support professional for our Philadelphia office who will have responsibility for providing clerical and administrative support to the Executive Director and sales staff, including the planning and preparation for sales events.  Must have the ability to work independently and as a team player.

Requirements:

Minimum three years experience as an office support professional.  Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.  Organized with strong verbal and written communication skills.
