Israel Bonds Rochester recently installed Al Kinel as the new campaign chairman succeeding Eric Weinberg who held the position for almost 13 years. The event took place on Wednesday, May 10th at the JCC with Rabbi Leonardo Bitran of Temple Beth El officiating the installation. Also, integral participants in the annual campaign were recognized with awards. Ambassador Ido Aharoni spoke about the importance of supporting Israel through investing in Israel Bonds. Ambassdor Aharoni was Israel’s longest serving consul general in the New York area overseeing the operations of Israel’s largest diplomatic mission worldwide.
