TRANSFERS

State of Israel bonds may be transferred in limited circumstances. Please review the prospectus for your bond issue or call customer service (888-519-4111) to determine if your bond is eligible for transfer.

Transferring a bond requires the following documents:

  • Assignment Separate from Bond (Individual) (Corporate)
  • W-9 Form
  • Physical Bond Certificate or Book Entry Statement
  • Letter of Instruction

All documents should be mailed (certified or via courier) to:
